Revd Scott Smith

Vicar

Scott became our vicar on 16 June 2022 after serving as an Associate Vicar in Beckenham. He's thrilled to be called to St Andrew's and has moved to Goldsworth Park with his wife Jane and family.

Patrick Coad

Community & Youth Worker

Patrick joined us in January 2020 after over 10 years working for Engage Woking Schools, which supports a Christian presence in local schools.

Lynne West

Safeguarding Officer

 

Lynne is responsible for safeguarding of children and adults in the church. She works with the vicar and PCC to implement safeguarding policies and procedures.

Karin Rayner

Childrens' Worker

Karin was a science teacher, then joined us in 2012 to develop our work with children and their families, and to oversee the SKIDs (Sunday Schools). She is also involved with the 'Open the Book' project.

Church Administrator

 

Alison is based in our busy office Mondays to Fridays and looks after all the big and little things that make everything tick at St Andrew's. She previously headed up a Church of England Primary School. 

Mandy Hucker

Churchwarden

 

Mandy has been a part of our congregation for over 20 years. She is known (amongst other things!) for being in charge of the Palm Sunday donkey at St Andrews for several years!

Shani Orchard

Churchwarden

 

Shani has been a member of St Andrew's since 1986. She works for the Foodwise charity and uses St Andrew's to provide meal deliveries to needy families with an amazing team of volunteers.

Janice Vickers

Self Supporting Minister

 

Janice joined St Andrew's in March 2018. She has three grown-up children, and four lovely grandchildren, and is enjoying being part of our wonderful church family.

Licensed Lay Minister (Reader)
 

Julie was licensed as an LLM in the spring of 2019 and is one of our preachers and service leaders.

Liz Twigg

Pastoral Co-ordinator

 

Liz is the first contact for those in need, organising visits and support. She oversees our Pastoral Assistants and encourages all church members to play a part in our caring ministry.

Chris Harrison

Retired Clergy

 

Chris was an SSM curate at St Andrew's for many years until her "retirement", but has continued to serve on our ministry team. She preaches and leads some services and helps "behind the scenes" in many ways.

 

Malcolm Herbert

Retired Clergy

 

Malcolm is one of our preachers and service leaders, and often plays  piano or organ in services too, He leads Goldsworth Park's community choir "Sing Gold" which meets at St Andrew's.
